Community precinct construction update

Construction of our community precinct is well underway with the foundations of our reception building almost complete.

This month will see the foundations finished for both the gymnasium and the games room, and framework for the administration building erected as well.

The administration building will feature a casual lounge overlooking the pool, an art and craft studio, library, meeting room, reception desk and will be home to RV Oceanside’s administration office.

Spanning over 100 metres in length from the port cochere to the games room and beyond, the breezeway provides an all-weather space to enjoy a drink or a BBQ with your guests, sit by the fire or find a quiet spot and curl up with a book.

The lagoon pool at RV Oceanside is a show-stopper. Covering over 600sqm, the pool include shallow beach entry, an accessible ramp, 25m swim lane a section for water aerobics and plenty of room just to float around. Prefer to sit and not swim? Choose a pool-side cabana or daybed for the ultimate in resort style relaxation. Foundation work has commenced and the pool will be splash-ready in October 2020.
